Hello. I have been a tea drinker for many years, but up until recently my drink of choice was almost always coffee. Im a college student and last semester I was very stressed out and I developed a severe caffeine addiction. To help curb the headaches I got when I started to cut back on coffee I drank tea. Now I have switched completely over to tea. I only drink coffee very rarely, but I drink tea all day long.

Welcome Acdidion! Your story is one lots of people here are familiar with. I personally drink both, but I drink more tea by far. Welcome to TeaChat!

Ah the college days... not so far in the past for me. I wish I had discovered tea while I was still schoolin it up. It would have been quite the lovely distraction from studying.
Welcome
