Hello fellow TeaChatter, welcome to another TeaDay! Please stop by and share what is in your cup today, often if you can.
Yesterday most responders indicated drinking 2-3 different teas a day on average. You can still vote and discuss yesterday's topic.
Today's TeaPoll and discussion topic is a bit of a spin off of yesterday's poll and topic. Plus knowing TeaChatters love their teaware. So, how many different cups do you use for tea each day ... on average? Please share.
I am looking forward to sharing TeaDay with everyone. I think this is where I say, "bottoms up."

I try to do a little rotation of the cups but I have a strong tendency to gravitate back to the same one or two I use most ... especially my avatar cup.
Maiko’s Shuppin Sencha (pictured below) was one of several teas the Gainesville Tea Buzz™ imbibed yesterday. Also consumed were a 1997 Xi-Zhi-Hao (aka Xi Zi Hao) Puerh and the Dan Cong featured in my Monday TeaDay photo. At the last minute, we whipped up a bowl of matcha.
Thanks Cinnabar Red and Steve for opening your lovely home ... and feeding us to boot! Congratulations to Caligatia for many big accomplishments in her life lately. We were a happy bunch.
Winter and Spring are Camellia time in Gainesville.

I use two different cups each day, sometimes three. I recently switched to a yunomi from hibiki-an as my staple cup, but I use a mug when I'm at work. My third cup is a Qing Hua Tulip Cup that I use for really nice dancong and pu-erh, so if I'm into the third cup then I'm in a pretty good place.
Adagio Ali Shan was my last tea for the day.

Usually two - one at home - one at work.
On my days off at home I may use 3.

A toss-up between one and two each day, again depending on if I have a chance to imbibe tea at work.... which lately has been more of a 'no' than a 'yes.'
Still going on a not-pu-erh streak and having some Adagio Golden Spring this morning. Went half the leaf I normally do, but longer steep times. Still turned out a solid cup of tea, but I guess I probably won't be able to take it as far...

It depends on the kind of tea I drink.
If I only count the cups I use the most, I have two yunomi I use with bancha, three smaller cup I use for green tea and two other one I use for black tea.
I usually use a different cup each time I drink tea during the day (3 to 6 different cups then).
Otsuusan sencha this morning.

Oh gosh, now I can't remember what I voted- either 2 or 3! Please understand that two night ago I got only 5 hours of sleep and again last night (had to see best in show at Westminster!)
I have one mug at work
at home I usually use two. I have my greatgrandmother's demitasse set- not traditional teaware but I love it- they hold about as much as my little chinese teacup.
right now- coffee! I'll have some tea at 11- I have a meeting with the director.
