I have started looking at their site and like a few things, but would like to know if anyone had prior experience before buying from them.

I have heard no complaints. I have bought from them, but mostly teaware.

They had the best price on a cast iron warmer. It arrived quickly and was just as described. They also sent a card for 15% off on my next purchase.

There teas are okay. I've tried some of their rooiboses and a few green tea samples. They weren't the best teas that I have ever tasted, but they certainly were not the worst. If you do like rooibos, their blueberry one is quite tasty.
