I am currently in the process of trying "C." It is absolutely fascinating. The leaves look and smell like a normal Wuyi Shui Xian, but the tea liquid and the taste remind me of a greener oolong.

and ... i like it !!
i may endup going to try more yancha afterall thx gingko :) i had stopped on those.
