If we've got something important to say, you'll hear it here first.

I like the new icons! They are very eye-catching and easy to read!

Could you make the tea in the cup under Black and Pu'er tea two shades of brown and maybe the Oolong a medium color to distinguish between the categories?

The new icons are great!! They look bright and fun, but that's a lot of colors going on now. I realize those are Adagio brand colors on the top, but would it be wrong to ask they altered a bit to compliment the icons, or vice versa?

Fewer colors would look less cluttered, more streamlined. Just my opinion.

I like Geeber1's idea of the colors in the cups - kinda like they are on the Adagio site...I like the different colors. But, it MIGHT look too cluttered. I would have to see it, I guess.

Victoria, I can see what you mean. The Adagio colors are more subdued and the icons really do pop, but some of that is because they seem brighter even though they appear to be in the same color families as the top banner. So, would the icons be better more subdued or would it be better to make the top brighter? I dunno - leaving that to the expert :D

I made other options as well some of them were less colorful – it's up to Ilya to choose! Often such things are just a matter of personal preference – just like tea :)

And yes of course I can change the color in the cup but I will finish all the other smaller icons first and then perhaps fine tune if necessary.

I hope to finish this tonight.

Awesome job! I especially like the teapot icons down at the bottom of the page.

As anyone who has been around here for more than a few days can tell, the place has been spruced up a bit. All thanks need to be directed to Inguna for her excellent work.

I've been noting the changes over the past few days, and have been letting them soak in. Here's my take:

1) Very readable! Thanks for using sans-serif typefaces in a decent size and weight!
2) Colors match. Thanks for having the buttons match the site's coloring and style.
3) Icons. The icons are fairly indicative of that you're doing. It does seem as though some of the buttons have icons in them simply to match a look. But it's better than having them feel awkward for not having one.

Can we see tea themed emoticons/smilies next?

Thanks for the awesome work!

Yes, some teamoticoms, please. :)

Thanks guys! Glad you like it. Ilya did a great job and he was very fast! Tea emotions ...hmm would that be steam coming out of your ears or bitterness from over brewing? Or maybe tea happy
