Use for Spent Leaves

by rjiwrth » Mar 29th, '09, 09:37

What do y'all do with your spent leaves? Some of them are so beautiful and I'm sure there's a use for them either functionally or aesthetically. I thought about making paper from them after they dried again or using them for compost. I just know there's someone out there doing something interesting with them...care to share?

They all go into my garden beds or flower pots... great organic plant food! I had a gorgeous herb garden and small veggie garden which I think was partly due to the nutrients in the tea leaves. Lots of people use them for compost purposes of this nature.

***This organic blend is earthy & spicy, with a fragrant aroma & smooth flavor to captivate the senses. Naturally sweetened in the Kentucky sunshine & infused with natural energy. Equally delicious when served piping hot or crisply chilled.***

Thanks for the links...I just can't seem to do a fruitful search when I am looking for a topic. This was helpful!
