I guess I have to say puerh since it is the one thing I consumed probably
every day of the month ... some wonderful, most only so so. Next month
I expect it to be either greens or whites or Darjeelings. (You can click on the photo if you want to get a closer look at that gorgeous, fat, green magnolia
flower bud. Reminds me of a white tea bud.)

I tried some nice older samples of pu-erh this month, so I will say pu-erh.
I've gotten over starting some pu-erh in the morning, going to work, and then re-starting the pot. Instead, I'll make sure I do a whole session with pu-erh in the evening. As such, this morning I am enjoying some "Yunnan Noir" from Adagio.

I would have to say
Wan Ling's
Tie Guan Yin - Oolong Tea
Hong Xin Te Chun Guan Yin Wang - Autumn 2008
http://www.wanlingteahouse.co.uk/uk_tea ... -yin.shtml
Not quite as viscous as Rich Barbarian's Supreme+ but extra layers of green flavours.
In my Garden this morning
Camellia

Japonica not sinensis

Herb_Master- beautiful!!
I need to get downtown to see the Cherry Blossoms today.
My fave tea for March was Ocha's Uji green tea bags. I bought some (after Chip's advice
on a previous thread) to take with me when I traveled over spring break. YUM!!
Green Tung Ting Oolong this morning.

First of all, I could not be more jealous of the BEAUTIFUL flowers. Here in MA we're just getting rid of our snow! I saw some bulbs just starting to peek out of the ground and the buds have emerged on the lilacs. Hope!
I have actually been brewing quite a bit of green this month. I'm not sure why. Perhaps it is thoughts of spring...
AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CHIP!
