Sakura iPot

by Victoria » Apr 20th, '09, 04:42

In the name of all things sakura this spring - check out this iPot in cherry blossom. Even with a basket infuser, it's hard to resist its cuteness!

This is soooo beautiful! Are you going to buy it? I love it. I honestly have to stop hoping on TC; it is costing me a fortune! But it is oh so fun:P Hopefully, my son will get our scanner hooked up and I can share all my purchases with you all who have inspired my desire for teaware.

wow that is very pretty. And that has my favorite color in it so that is always a bonus! I am a major pink girl! All things pink reside in my house.

Just got done knitting a tea cozy for my personalitea in, yup, you guessed it, pink!

I'm not a pink-loving girl, but I have to admit that the sakura iPot is very appealing.

Cautionary note to anyone outside the U.S. who might be interested:

That's one ambiguous statement! Maybe they're saying they'll sell to me in Canada if I'm willing to come and pick it up

Just thought I'd better post that caveat on international shipping before we "overseas types" start feeling too acquisitive. I've been disappointed, shall we say, more than once...

On a related note, although Adagio does not ship its utiliTEA variable-temperature teapot outside the USA (why???), it is occasionally available from other sellers via the miracle of the Interwebs. I now have a utiliTEA sitting on my office desk and am currently brewing a gaiwan of Milan Dancong, much to the amazement of my cowokers. Bliss!

Interesting concept, but it lacks the hand painted quality that makes it special.

This is such a straight-forward girly-girl teapot that I can't resist. It's not reflective of me at all and it will be out of place with my traditional hand-made artist rendered ware...which is why I have to have it. Thanks Victoria for posting this one.

 Mistake, Spot52. I meant to quote Victoria as a response to her post again. No worries!
