Got this sample with my Zencha..can anyone read it??
ok..got a sample tea along with my Zencha Shincha..I have no idea what it is...other than its green and smells good!

Well, the second kanji says "tea"... 
When I can't work out the kanji for myself, I usually look for a telephone number on the package (a lot of Japanese teas include the contact details of the manufacturer or distributor). Then I do a Google search, find the site of the company, and look through their offerings online.
In a pinch, if you can't find someone who can translate it or recognize it, you might try that.

I think this basically translates as "choice tea". The second character is for tea. Here is a dictionary entry for the first character.

While I couldn't find this combination of characters this looks very similar to the usage for "choice sake" - look near the bottom of this page:

I thought it was one of the better teabags I have had, not as good as the Uji bag from O-Cha however. I would have to think it is mecha from first flush at least, had a lot of fresh flavor.
