Yuuki Cha fast shipping and delivery

by tjkoko_off » May 1st, '09, 11:00

My order for a chasen and sifter submitted to Yuuki Cha on 22 April was delivered yesterday, 30 April, from Japan. Fast fast fast. The airmail shipping charges for 888 grams totaled $16.80 USD btw.

I'm also quite pleased with them. Last week I scored a pretty killer deal (IMO) on a tin of Yame matcha from them on eBay but also bought a 100g pouch of Yuuki Midori matcha from their non-eBay storefront website with the super-fast shipping.

They recognized the same address on the orders and tossed the tin of Yame in the fast shipping box and simply included the separate invoices, saving me the wait time and shipping money for them.

Cheers to a swift and clever vendor.

Yuuki, with their regular shipping, was actually a couple days faster than the Zencha I ordered. Zencha is "free" shipping though..but I am sure its built into theor rpicing anyway. I palced the yuuki order 2 or 3 days after the zencha order and got it a day before.
