June Tasting

Well now that shincha season is getting underway, it's time to reveal our shincha choices for June!

Signups can go ahead and start for shincha. This year's offerings:

SA Hachiju Hachiya Shincha
Zencha Takumi

Cap is around 20 I guess.

Like the crime fighting dog, I have the Takumi on order but would like to try the SA 88 since it can't be ordered on line.

Tonight I am practicing my brewing skills on Gyokuro to warm up for the Temomi next week!
