Whoa! indeed. That is gorgeous. Worth the effort, no?
And it sets of the austerity of the unglazed exterior beautifully.

A beautiful cup came home today.....and it's even better in person. Superbly tactile.

As soon as I lifted it out of the wrappings, I loved the feel of it in my hand--a perfect fit for one-handed drinking
I took it out to the garden to shoot some pictures, and it really seemed quite at home--hard to tell where yunomi ended, and rock began
Perfectly sage-green ash bildoros are right at home amongst the sage
It even holds tea
A very happy addition to the collection, and one I'll especially enjoy outdoors.

Beautiful bildoro/dripsicle on the shino cup, and the tenmoku is smooth.
