Tea Terminology

by Opal » May 10th, '09, 14:20

Can someone point me to a simple resource that defines the terminology I often see here? I'm familiar enough with the British and Western style of making tea, but I got lost in the sea of jargon when reading about Chinese and Japanese styles. :) Pictures associated would be helpful too!

Thanks so much - you've all been extremely kind!

WikiCHA is a general compilation of tea knowledge. It is a work in progress, but there is some good information on there for random tea questions.
