mmm... twig tea. Actually never tried it. Nice pic Sal, I love the steam in glass.
I've had a rough tea month. Tried a lot of teas I didn't like, several I did, and some of my standbys have finally run out. Looks like a trip to Serenity Art is in my near future for some High Mt Oolong. And I'm finally planning a trip up to Seattle, so I'll be able to finally go to FLT and back to NCTG. Yay!

I voted green because I didn't read the question completely.
Although green is my favorite category, the specific favorite tea I discovered this month has to be my first foray into pu-erh. I bought some mini-toucha from Upton and some 1st grade from Ten Tea, and I was blown away by them both. From reading the forum, I have a feeling I haven't experienced what the higher grades produce.
Still learning... still learning... I'll probably have Golden Monkey this morning.

I branched out with some new-to-me oolongs this month, but hands-down the best teas I had this month were some aged pu'erh.
Yet this morning, I am having some tai ping hou kui, brewed in a gaiwan. I've always enjoyed this tea.
It's going to be a great day. The weather is looking spectacular again, and we're going to have a cook-out after church. Mmmmmmmm.
