I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on purchasing a 2001 Xiaguan Tiebing. (Sheng) I found it in a shop for about $65 USD (maybe it was $57, I can't remember exactly)
I think there were '04s for $15 as well.
does this seem like a decent price, or too expensive?
