I forgot my chasen in the counter and my cat chewed it up(maybe a hint she wants more catnip?)
anyway i was looking at amazon and found a DoMatcha whisk saying its a "traditional japanese": http://www.amazon.com/DoMatcha-Traditio ... 155&sr=8-3

With such a low price it is probably a Chinese chasen.
I bought my chasen from o-cha. (one for koicha and one for usacha)

Any particular reason you have one for koicha and one for usacha?

The chasen for koicha have less tines which makes the kneading for koicha easier.
But you can achieve good results with a normal chasen.
