Has anyone tried the white peony on PuerhShop? http://www.puerhshop.com/index.php?main ... ucts_id=95
It's extremely inexpensive compared to some other sellers and so I was wondering if that's because it's not quite as good. I'm currently drinking the white peony from Andao teas. http://shop.andaotea.com/products/organic-white-peony
While I'm asking, has anyone tried PuerhShop's black teas? Are they like a good golden monkey? The only blacks I've found myself really enjoying are golden monkeys or yunnan golds.
I have never even looked at their selections as I never buy Puerh... and I assumed that was what they carried. I wouldn't have thought to go looking for other teas there at all.
If you try any, be sure to let us know what you think.

***This organic blend is earthy & spicy, with a fragrant aroma & smooth flavor to captivate the senses. Naturally sweetened in the Kentucky sunshine & infused with natural energy. Equally delicious when served piping hot or crisply chilled.***

I got a 200 gram tin of Panyong Congou (Fujian Tanyang Gongfu), a Chinese black, about a year ago for $8.00 or 4¢ per gram that was a good deal ... quite safisfying especially if you made it gong fu. Unfortunately that is no longer on the site. Here's the tin in the background.
The only other non pu I have tried were some samples of the pellets that I didn't much care for and a basket of 2005 Liu An that is probably too young to even think about drinking.
