Welcome everyone to TeaDay. Please come on in and share what is in your cup today.
Yesterday most responders answered yes to "Are any dragons or other mythological creatures, Asian or otherwise, residing in your home?" However it seemed most TeaChatters were away for the day on a quiet day on the forum. You can still vote and discuss yesterday's topic.
Today's TeaPoll and discussion topic. Which "tea"word describes your tea nature? If not one listed, share one best applies.
I am looking forward to sharing TeaDay with everyone.

I am not a big fan changing the spelling of words to include 'tea.' I thought brewtali-tea was clever, though.
My other favourite is the username of a tea chatter. Depravi-tea.
I tried Xiaguan Mabeituo this morning. (馬背馱) packhorse tea? not sure how it is translated usually. 100 gram tuos from Feb 2007. They come in a cool package that looks like this:

Hrm, no clue. None of the ones there leap out at me.
This morning, I am continuing with a 2003 CNNP Yellow Mark that I started yesterday afternoon. The tea had quickly vanished into the depths of the strong smells that dinner created, so I thought I'd wait a bit with the tea and re-attack in the morning. Indeed, I can taste it once more... I seem to be having that problem lately. Hrm.

I'm back from a week in Orlando. No Disney/Universal/etc.
It was a quiet week with (gasp) no tea!
I did make it over to Daytona to tour the speedway and up to Bruce Rossmeyer's Harley-Davidson dealership - It was difficult to keep a "I'm just looking" attitude!
Organic Assam in the mug this morning.

LeviTea, I guess. Not really one for pomposiTea or taking oneself to seriousLea.
Having some lovely White Symphony today. Very nice, as usual.
Most excited to discover that someone has opened an Indian takeout business in the neighborhood. It's very unusual for Norway, we're more into pizza and McD. Hope they make it, as I'm a sucker for curry-based nutrition. But I suspect they won't last - every business needs a certain critical mass of potential customers to make it work, and I fear the population densiTea just isn't there.
Prove me wrong, as Principal Skinner said.

Love it Trey, great play on words!Trey Winston wrote:LeviTea, I guess. Not really one for pomposiTea or taking oneself to seriousLea.

I have not decided and agree with olivierco that I have all day to think about it.
This morning DH brewed my absolutLea favorite tea, Yutaka Midori ala O-Cha. What a treat, it was delicious as always. Thanks Chip.

SereniTea... sometimes I think tea is my primary source of peace and grounding in a world gone mad with stress.
I had a 3rd or 4th infusion of 2005 WuYi from HouDe this morning... it's not filling the bill, so time for NEXT...

***This organic blend is earthy & spicy, with a fragrant aroma & smooth flavor to captivate the senses. Naturally sweetened in the Kentucky sunshine & infused with natural energy. Equally delicious when served piping hot or crisply chilled.***
I think I will go with MentaliTea since I'm always thinking about tea, whether it's the history, production methods, opening a shop (yeah right), what I'm going to brew, or logging on to the computer (when everyone is sleeping) to spend money on tea that I probably shouldn't - It's mentally consuming.
Depraved even.
Starting the oolongs early today with Wuyi Ensemble.
Thanks for the nod Xuancheng.
