Mmmm. I love Almond Black! My local tea shop sells Adagio’s Almond tea and it is a staple in my cabinet. I love this one with half and half and just a little sweetener. I tried some cinnamon creamer in it today and I love it! Just like marzipan in a cup! Delicious.

I absolutely loved it! I added a bit of honey to the almond tea, and found it to be both sweet and nutty. I think I’ll try it with a bit of cream next time. Can’t wait to try day 2!

Loved the Almond Tea. The smell when I opened the bag and was drinking it was sweet but not overwhelming, and felt good drinking it. Will be adding it to my next order.

The perfect cup of tea after sawing a bunch of cedar in the cold garage to build my kayak! I thought the almond had a touch of chocolate flavor to it. The aroma was nutty and the flavor was rich with an excellent almond flavor. No creamer or sweetener here.

I brewed the whole sample, which had twice as much leaves as I usually use for a cup a'tea. Maybe that was why it tasted so rich?

I really enjoyed the aroma of this tea, first of all. The flavor was delicate but still enjoyable and reminded me of a tea I used to drink years ago, though I forget who made it. It was the same idea, almond in a mild black tea. Creamy, smooth, and light on the stomach.

Loved it! Nice subtle flavor added to black tea! Very smooth and I even steep mine longer than recommended.

First: CommuniTEA = BEST IDEA EVER!! What a wonderful concept, I'm thrilled to try them all this week!
Review of Day 1 tea: Overall I enjoyed this cup. I think the almond brought out a sort of sweet tobacco flavor from the standard black tea. Perhaps it is a bit too simple and forgettable compared with my favorite Adagio blends though??

Here's what we have for Day 1, Sunday, Jan. 12th: Almond tea

Can't wait to hear your thoughts!
For me, I'm a lady with a sweet tooth- I found this tea to be perfect milky and lightly sweetened. I had it after lunch as a dessert tea, and it hit exactly the right spot for me! I loved the aroma as well.

Awesome tea! I've already ordered a batch. Never would have tried this just based on the description, but loved it.

HOLY MOLY!!! This tea is a revelation! I drank it with a milk, and it honestly tasted like a breakfast version of Amaretto. If you like Disarrono, and you like black tea, you will LOVE this!!!! This is my first experience with CommuniTEA and all I have to say it's brilliant on Adagia's behalf... because I am falling hook, line & sinker for new teas and will HAVE to own them. Bravo on this one. My taste buds new fave.
** If you don't like almond you will hate it. lol

This was nice, especially with a little milk and sweetener added in, but almond is not a favorite of mine. I found the almond flavoring a bit overpowering.
