If anyone would like to know the opposite of what is correct and how NOT to brew puerh, visit Dr. Tea!

Dr. Tea is not entirely wrong/opposite in all of his statements....because he's right when he says that puerh is tea, and it can often be steeped many times, but wow, what an odd mashup of puerh info and misinfo.
Thank you for those links. I really enjoy seeing the 'nuts and bolts' of how my teas are made.

Hahaha! This video is awesome! When it started off, I'm thinking, "She is NOT going to use a Büchner funnel to make the tea..." and then she did. Way too funny!auhckw wrote:What a unique way to brew Pu-erh

Also, she does a nice job about being fluid with all her movements. But then they gave her a plastic lighter to light the wick? Oh, so inelegant!

I'm curious what she mixed with the pu erh at the end? Milk? I wonder how that tasteDrax wrote:Hahaha! This video is awesome! Re: Documentary | Secret of Pu-erh
This type of coffee maker is very popular in Japan and China. I thought of getting one for myself but somehow felt it unsafe putting open flame on my table. I saw a few people using it for puerh, which makes me want to try my moka coffee pot for puerh, if I can remove the coffee flavor in the pot firstauhckw wrote:What a unique way to brew Pu-erh

I found the plastic lighter funny too
