Now, I have returned to Bangkok as it seems the worst is over.
I have posted some photos on the dropbox site of some sold Puerh cake jars. These can be special ordered either in Onggi clay or porcelain. Glazing is shino with either ash, soda, or, carbon trap. Prices vary from $100 to $150 and can hold from 2 to 4 cakes. Special sizes can also be made.

TEAWARE SALE
In honor of the coming Chinese New Year, I will hold my first ever SALE of Hong Seong Il teaware. From now until January 27, I will offer all porcelain teapots and tea caddies at 40% off. I hope many of you who have not had the good fortune to buy some of Seong Il's works will take this opportunity to get something. And, of course, those who have bought in the past can add to their collection at prices that simply don't exist for this type of genuine Korean teaware anywhere!!

I'm on the West Coast of U.S., I was sleeping! This was the first thing I did this morning right after pouring a cup of coffee.

Re: Tead Off, TEAWARE ONLINE
Thanks to all who have bought some things!!
There are still 2 teapots left and I think 5 tea caddies. You cannot find quality teaware like this for the prices I am offering right now. I urge anyone who has admired Seong il's work to take advantage of this sale.
All the porcelain ware have unglazed interiors. They are all high fired. Teapots usually have 9 holes for smooth pouring and filter most teas quite well. Many different teas can be brewed quite well in these (not at the same time ). Caddies look great on the shelf storing your teas.

Only 2 teapots and 5 caddies left. I urge those who have an interest to take advantage of this while it lasts. You will not see these prices after Jan. 27.

Eagerly tracking the package across the world now! I had been eying Seong Il's works for quite a while. Now when my wife yells at me for my TAD I can say "it was too good a deal to pass up..it was 40% off!" She loves a good deal
