April 29th Discussion

Hello communiTEA drinkers,

Today we have Sencha Premier!

A crisp and clean cup with notes of freshly steamed edamame. Refreshing, sweet, and much more delicate than most Senchas.

What do you think of this cup?

What a delicious, delicate flavor. Almost too bitter, but I think seeping for less than 2 minutes might make sure you don't overdo. Very spring like tea...much like the green grass and flowers growing in our garden.

I love green teas because to me they taste good without sugar, which saves me many calories. Also, they are very economical because most of the time you can re-brew the leaves at least one more time. Very good tea!
