Today we have Pi Lo Chun!
Perfumy and sweet floral, with a full body and slight earthiness. Lingering, aromatic finish and interestingly floral-smoky.

I love Pilo Chun! I accidently over-brewed the first cup because I had a conference call and forgot it. Not terrible, just a bit bitter. This tread has such a fabulous aroma and flavor. Very clean mouth feel, yet not astringent. Light and grassy, it's the perfect springtime tea. A great addition to any meal.
