So I've decided to do my own herbal blend for relaxing right before bed. What I have here works for now (it's actually pretty good, and not just in my opinion), but I'm curious as to how others here might change it up:
Camellia Sinensis Flower Buds
Everything's basically equal except for the chamomile, which is double everything else. Yes it's a dense tisane blend with a lot in it, but I actually enjoy it.
How would you change this up? Different flowers or leaves... what do you think?
Healthy herbs, rooibos, honeybush, decaf tea, and yerba mate.
