Official what GREEN are you currently drinking?

I am drinking some Uji sencha fukamushi. I usually do not like the fukamushi style, but this particular tea is really good!
The aroma reminds me more of a Taiwanese oolong, than the typical sencha's aroma, the flavours are lovely too.

Definitely recommended for those like me who usually does not appreciate the fukamushi style.

Finishing a magical bag of Yame temomicha from Oleg. Strong steamed artichoke comes to mind. Very different and enjoyable!

The discussion on gaiwans inspired me to use one of my Greenwoodstudio gaiwans this morning to brew Jui Hua Shan Fo Cha (Buddha's Tea) from Tea Trekker. It had been eased to the rear of my Teaware cabinet so I'd forgotten what a pleasure it is to use a simple well designed tool to brew my tea.

Enjoying my morning Sencha: "Kyo no Tsuyu" from Maiko. At 1,350 yen / 100 grams it's good value for a flavourful tea. I usually use two tea spoons, 200ml of water, and brew three times.

I'm still enjoying it but I think my first bag, ordered right after it went on sale, was slightly better. I'm planning on buying some 2015 Buddha's tea, along with some 2015 TT Tai Ping Hou Kui. Those plus Jasmine pearls are my favorite chinese greens.
