Tearoom/garden.
I like that it would be lasting.
Also, it was a tough call - that vacation sounded awfully nice!

... I give up, can't decide. The left side of my brain says one thing and the right side says another. Logically, I should choose the TeaRoom/garden for a lifetime of enjoyment. But emotionally the trip would be da bomb.

Great TD yesterday, well, what else is new?
