What yixing pot is it?

This was sold to me as a 1970s best hongni clay pot from a trusted seller.

What do you see here, can you give me any advice on authenticity, quality, any Infos you might have?

The upper inner edge is not straight and has some flaws, but the outer edge where the lid touches is flat and good.

Definitely not Zhuni, don’t even think there were any Zhuni made in the 70s.

Fair price is what you are willing to pay for it. Prices also differ due to geological location. I am selling a 60s for a little over 500$, so you can guess how much less a 70s can/should be...

To recognise a real pot you will need to have studied authentic pieces in real life. Nothing that can be easily taught online. Certain tool marks are typical and the craftsmanship itself. Takes a lot of time and effort to be able to learn that...

Hongni of Factory pots was best in the 60s, still good in the 70s and then all downhill from that point on.

Price is dependent on size and condition. I’ve seen 60ml mid 70’s sell for between $200-350.
