Which applies to someone who is NOT ALREADY banned. She is already banned. She has 3 strikes on her from her past alias, and a couple in her new alias.

Not to mention turning the forum into her personal garbage dump. Flame wars are breaking out all over. I moved one such topic to MS. I also sense overall forum posting is down, possibly due to her.

History is simply repeating itself. Had she been clever and reregistered and somehow straightened out her act, we may have never known. But she now knows that we know. To do nothing would show her that as long as she figures out how to screw the system, she can repeat all her past mistakes over and over and over.

I have again wasted too much time on something that cannot be fixed.

They way I see it, she had her chance - if she wanted to make a new username and come on here and blend in that would be one thing. But obviously she is causing disruption or we wouldn't be talking about it here.

I think that at this point, the chances that she's someone else are about a billion to one. The longer you hold out, the greater the chances that she'll just come right back. I mean if you've got this much doubt with this much evidence, then she'll just give less evidence next time. People don't change, but she knows that we/you know her email and location.

She just needs to find a Yahoo/AOL group populated with people just like her (I think a little vomit just came up...)

We have a new suit demonstrating the same behavior as a previously banned suit, ban away. I've not seen anything which weighs in favour of it being a different poster behind the suit. In the first few pages of this thread she is likened to MW in behavior and everything that has come since has strengthened that idea, if she has moved house and changed isp I'm not sure we are going to have anything more concrete to go on.
