So, just because a tea is wrapped the right way doesn't mean it's the right tea, but you're at least closer. If it's wrapped the wrong way (different paper, font, style, etc etc) then it's probably a fake.
One more point
3) If the wrapper is right, and even if you tasted it (liked it), the tea can still be wrong

Went and spoke to the owner, he admits the y99 I bought is the right version which is being referred in the book and won award.
The y00 is not the same as the book which is why he never says it was 8668. He didn't label it 8668 either.
Actually there is more story about this, but not convenient to write online...
