I rode today without incident! :D

Long Jing earlier today and finished the TeaDay with a delicious session of Sencha the Ultimate from Zencha with my wife.

It was indeed a great TeaDay.

As with most things I do, intuitively wins out every time! However, since Japanese greens are my fave and since our dear mod is my husband...[and he is OCD!], it sensing all the way with greens.

Other faves, such as LongJing and Keemuns, I can wing it intuitively. :)

But of course, when at home, he does virtually all the brewing, which is fine by me. :wink:

I guess abit of both. on the 21 I had two cups of adagio cocomint green.
