Never heard of it, but I would probably try it if I didn't have to grow it first.

Today I enjoyed Ceylon Vithanakande all day...hot early and iced later. In the late afternoon I had a nice bowl of matcha.

I'm already looking forward to tea tomorrow!

The pictures are rather scary, but it might be fun to try at some point. The probiotic aspect intrigues me. It looks like something my fiance (a biology person) would play with as an experiment. The local organic store carries ready to drink kombucha though I have not been brave enough to try it yet.

I am currently drinking Blood Orange Rooibos after a long day.

Anyone know how to make a Kombucha SCOBY from scratch? I really don't want to drop $30.00 I could be spending on tea... :) I also want to do it completely myself. All the wikis show is how to put the (already made) SCOBY in tea.

Looks like Kodak isn't listening....

Mama, they've taken away my nice bright Kodachrome colours. Kodak ends production of film loved by photographers and remembered in Paul Simon song
