So after much confusion and e-mailing back and forth with Adagio, I finally re-placed an order that got screwed up the first time. They took the money off my credit card and my order was never placed. And they were not extremely helpful or quick about resolving it either...
Now I think something has gone wrong again. After an entire business day my order has not appeared in my 'order history' section. I placed it at 11 AM and still nothing shows. This has been by far the most annoying and stressful online transaction I have ever made... and I have ordered a billion things over the internet. My order is for over $150 in merchandise and I need it for a gift in a matter of days. Has this ever happened to anyone else?????????? I dread e-mailing them again.

I would go ahead and email them again. They have always given me quick, polite responses.
Did you order any Signature Blends? They are not blended until they are ordered, so they take longer to get your order shipped off. My experience has always been that Adagio is super-quick with order fulfillment and shipping.

Ahh, okay- well I e-mailed them again. Thankfully they seemed much friendlier this time. Apparently I was the only person having difficulties. I tried ordering again from a different computer and it finally worked. So I'm thinking it was just a glitch with the internet and not really their fault, hooray. I just got nervous after TWO mix ups! But I won't hesitate to order in the future.
