I got some 3 years back, they were good honest mid range teas, nothing to shout about but enjoyable drinking.
The service from the shop was excellent, I found a small chip on a teapot (almost impossible to see) they sent a free replacement of a higher priced teapot.

You only know a decent vendor when things go wrong IMO.
I'll make an order for some of their high end stuff and report back. I'd be happy with some everyday tea TBH.

I got an order from this vendor, Alishan, and decent every day tea for the price (150g @ $15).

That's crazy cheap. I'm guessing they just do decent everyday tea.

Friendly, fast service, but tea is not that hot.
If Taiwanese is your #1 bag and you are looking for something to fill out the premium stuff, this *might* work for you.

Did anyone have any experiences with their cheap teapots?
