It is TeaDay everyone. So, bring your cup of tea and share with everyone what teas you are drinking today. Half the fun is seeing what teas other TeaChatters are sipping as well.
Yesterday we discussed our preferences when it comes to Oolong teas. You can still vote and discuss yesterday's topic.
Today's TeaPoll and discussion topic. Share with us if you care to about your experience with Green tea. Love it, like it, hate it, yet to try it. Let it all out here. Are there some Green teas you like more than others?
I will be looking for you on TeaDay and hope you honor us with sharing what is in your cup! Bottoms up.

Re: Thursady TeaDay 4/15/10 GreenDay?
Occasional green tea drinking for me. About once every few months, I get a craving for Japanese or Chinese greens. I'll buy a small quantity and when it's gone I rarely feel the urge to buy more. Guess I should be glad about that
In the cup...TKY, fifth infusion. Maybe have one more go with it before heading to bed.

Pretty much w/out ceasing... of late anyway.
LOVING Japanese greens these days.
For me, most Chinese greens pale in comparison (keeping clearly in mind how subjective this is).
I also think this is contextual for me - sometimes c g's just blow me away, but really j g's have me hook-line-and-sinker right now.
Hittin the white tonight.
Well, and a 4th and 5th infusion of gyo too.

Occasional drinker here. I had a cup of a Jasmine scented green today, in fact. That should hold me over until next month.

I like green teas a lot, and I have one maybe once or twice a week.
Today's poll inspired me to break out the Sencha. Thanks, TeaDay!

Yessir... A Sencha a day at least for me. Love China greens, too - but seem to need a daily sencha fix for my soul and palate. Although, good Long Jing/Dragonwell is like an old friend, as it was the first real green tea I learned how to brew (without killing it) way back when...
Re: Thursady TeaDay 4/15/10 GreenDay?
I drink Japanese greens most every day. Sencha in my cup this morning. Maybe some Houjicha later.
Re: Thursady TeaDay 4/15/10 GreenDay?
Occasionally. I'm still fairly new to being able to do it right, so I'm getting there. But I'm not sure it will go to every-day status. It's definitely better than it used to be for me!!
On the way out the door at the moment.

I have a few green teas stocked in which I enjoy, but I don't always get to enjoy a cuppa everyday (of any kind of tea), although I try to get at least one in.

I really don't like to say green is my fav tea, although I do drink it the most. Something in greens just touch me, but I like all quality teas the same
.
Although, in low quality japanese greens there is a flour-like taste sometimes, I find it unappealing.

Absolutely love green! This is the best season for green tea!
I have green every day in this season, and in fall-winter, I have more darker tea.

I have a green tea every morning; usually Japanese green during weekdays and Chinese green during the weekend. I drink black teas and oolong in the evenings.
I have today off so, in keeping with my pattern, I'm having Floating Leaves' "House Green" which is a lovely sweet green from China.
