While I'm not new to loose leaf tea, my tastes have been pretty basic. I like the flavored greens, pouchong, and silver needle. My questions are:
1. One thing that got me interested in tea is the health benefits. Especially with my family history of Parkinson's disease. Do you know where I can find information on what types of tea have been shown to be effective in preventing Parkinson's? I'm reading that Black Tea helps more than green but I really don't like it as much.
2. Does Oolong tea provide similar health benefits to black tea?
3. I've just started to drink Rooibos tea and really enjoy it but was wondering if Adagio (or others) have green rooibos that you would recommend?
4. Teavana claims that Rooibos helps with allergies. Is that true?
Thanks!
