Hello there, first time posting

I was wondering what the difference in health benefits were between red rooibos and green rooibos. I have eczema and it's gotten really bad these days so I'm trying to use rooibos to calm it down. Also, which company is the best company to buy organic rooibos from? Thanks!!

I don't know the answer to your question, but I'm curious--is rooibos actually helping your eczema? I assume you apply the tea to your skin?
According to their website, Adagio's regular rooibos is organic. It's unclear whether their green rooibos is, though.

Thanks for you input.
I've been drinking rooibos and putting it on my skin.
I think it does really help with the itch if the itch isn't too intense.
It feels refreshing too.
I heard it's good for acne too so I've been using it as a toner.
Hasn't been even a week, but I'll keep you posted on that.
