Too many... must thin out collection... oh, who am I kidding? The money from these will just go into others. :lol: Anyway, I'm at the point in my Yixing obsession that it's time to sell some old loved pots in favor of finding new loves. All of the following pots are ones I've used, so they have all been thoroughly boiled and prepped at some point, and all have a little seasoning too. As always, I've priced these well below what I think any of the trusted online Yixing vendors would sell them for to try and pass on a little TeaChat love. It's going to be hard to part with these but, here we go...

Clay: Old Zi Ni. Great clay. Medium-High fired.
Size: 200ml
Age/Year: 70's- early 80's
Walls: Thin-Medium
Pour: +/- 18 sec. Due to the moving dragon lid design, the pot is a dripper unless poured slow and carefully. 7 hole flat filter.
Info: This classic design depicts a koi fish jumping over Dragon Gate and transforming into a dragon. The vintage ones like this are quite collectable now, but because the moving dragon head on the lid of my pot is missing its tiny little clay tongue, this is known as a “mute dragon” pot, and the value isn't as high as if it had the tongue. Either way, the pot is made from killer vintage 70's-80's clay, and brews a mean round of any puerh. A well respected Chinese tea shop here in NYC is selling this exact same pot (same era, size, clay, chop) for $160, but since mine is missing the tongue, I'm bringing the price way down.

Lowered the price on the dragon pot a little. $90 plus free shipping to the US, or $5 off international shipping. I'm liking this pot the more I use it, so this will be the final price reduction before I decide to keep it. :D
