Christmas puerh!

This post is partially to ask if anyone can identify this puerh for me, partially to go "SQUEE CHRISTMAS PUERH!"

So who else got one in the mail? What do the characters on the paper wrapper say?

The characters sez Mengku. I don't know Chinese but at this point, I know an absurd number of ideograms for one that doesn't know Chinese.
