I'm looking at this pot for doing Chinese style tea in the office:

I currently only have one of Den's kyusu's, and the walls are thin enough that Chinese style stuff always seems to cool a bit fast. It's about the right volume to give one cup of tea at a time. Has anyone used this one for Chinese teas (in spite of the name being quite Japanese)? How about Japanese teas? How easy is the band to clean?
Thanks,
M.

Re: Rishi's Shin Tsuki?
Unless you're making tea for several people every time at the office, that pot is going to be REALLY big.

It's only marginally larger than a cup; 30ml more than the one I'm using now.

I assumed you meant gongfu brewing when you said Chinese style above.MEversbergII wrote:It's only marginally larger than a cup; 30ml more than the one I'm using now.
