Tea in Manila?

by javi_sanchez » Oct 8th, '15, 23:46

I will be in Manila next weekend and have a couple days to burn. I've searched the subs a bit and didn't see any specific recommendations. Are there any spots that a tourist may be able to at least see good tea? I don't speak any Tagalog but will be with people that do. One of my friends speaks Cantonese. I know like 10 phrases in Mandarin but not enough to really get into negotiations other than "too much!" or "no thanks" or "what is this?".

No suggestions, but good luck! The tea scene is so dismal there, I fly with my own.

Thanks Jay. I will be sure to at least pack something for myself.
