Hi javich365, it looks like a dirty red clay teapot based on your photos. Maybe it would be helpful to clean the pot so it will display more detail of the clay. If you want to identify the chop, let’s wait for more experience folks to chime in.

I don't think it is dusty, i have used it for long time. It is clean.
