Is this an authentic/handmade Yixing pot

I found this pot at a Goodwill for $5. I know that the chances of finding an authentic Yixing pot like that are very slim, but after inspecting the pot it really does seem to be high quality and handmade. Not sure how to tell if it's real Yixing clay or not though. Does anyone have any idea of it's origins?

after analysis it would seem doubtful that it is.
First thing is the colour : also yixing clays are of various colours, black is not one of them. It could be that it's a brown clay that has been fired over 1200°C, but nothing for sure.
Secondly, the seal. The top right corner on your picture is very weird, especially with the star shaped lines. This type of seal is made with a 篆 zhuàn writing style, which avoids complex motifs such as stars. The three other characters seem to have not meaning at all : bottom right could be 成 chēng 'accomplish, succeed, fully developed', the top left could be either 蕵 sūn or 薞 sūn with no meaning, and bottom left could be either 敉 mǐ 'soothe, pacify' ，粀 zhàng 'decameter'， 籵 fán 'decameter'，粁 qiān 'kilometer' or 粉 fěn 'powder, become powder, pink'. It doesn't make any sense.
