One place in NYC called Hangawi serves this incredible Darjeeling Ice Chai. It totally opened up my eyes to how good iced chais can be. I mean, it's awesome. Addictively so. The first time I had it, I downed one glass and ordered a second (and we were paying by the glass).
I'm wondering if anyone has tried it.

Since then, I've made my own iced tea, but haven't used Darjeeling as a basis. I've found Adagio's Oriental Spice to come close.
