Some of the teas I like the best are used in smaller quantities, because the smaller amounts are more appropriate for those specific teas.

I think your sister is very fortunate to have a thoughtful brother to make her tea! Use the crappy tea to make iced tea. Why not introduce her to an Adagio sampler?
