Hi everybody.
I'm new on tea chat and I thought I'd introduce myself.
I fell in love with tea when visiting China in may 2008. Since then I've been ordering tea from China, Taiwan, Malaysia and USA. Good tea is hard to come by in Iceland.
At the moment I'm mainly drinking Cooked pu-erh and various types of Oolong. I've just started to explore green pu-erh, but I haven't yet found one to fall in love with (at least not within my price range). I welcome all recommendations on that (and any tea for that matter).
Cha qi for all of you,
Sverrir Ásmundsson

Excellent, we need more cooked puerh folks. We are being drowned out by folks drinking this year's Yiwu... To each his own, see you on the Puerh forum.

Welcome! I would love to visit Iceland, it looks such a beautiful country. I went through a period of strange fascination with the place last year, was listening to a lot of Sigur Ros at the time! Jack

The Sigur Ros DVD of acoustic shows in rural Iceland is full of amazing scenery. Maybe we'll get a taste of this from you? Post your photos on TeaDay.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I haven't seen the Sigur-rós DVD (too close to home I guess) But I attended one of the concerts they filmed. I guess Sigur-rós would go well with a cup of tea.
Look forward to learning new things from you, and hopefully giving some back...
