Keep in mind that Kabuse is a different class of sencha. This is a very good example of a kabuse imho. I enjoyed it. It has a mild sweet corn flavor.
Kabuse tends to be milder than sencha due to shading prior to harvesting. This example offers both sencha and gyokuro flavor as a good kabuse should. It is a good price and definitely worth trying, but it is not the best sencha from O-Cha. I will get it once or twice a year.

Most definitely!!! The price point is very attractive.carlobruce wrote:thanks,
anyway, it should be good as an everyday tea?!?
One other thing, Kabuse tends to not have much astringency and is less intense. So, it is great for sharing with newer tea drinkers as well.
blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!
