Blue Sping Oolong

Does anyone know much about this tea? I bought it at World Market once and loved it. There is one site I found on the internet that had it. I love the licorice flavour.

I found this:
"Grown in Anshi, Fujian province, on hilltops in a landscape of winding mountain streams, gentle breezes and ideal humidity. The tea is picked in the spring at elevations over 3000 feet. We were delighted to come across this highly unusual oolong tea. At first glance, this tea looks like small blue-green pebbles. This pebble form is a result of the tea leaves being glazed and coated with a thin layer of licorice sugar. When the ‘pebbles’ are infused, the licorice sugar coating melts, and the resulting brew is amber-colored and sweet. The best part of this tea is the light aftertaste of licorice, which will amaze even the most experienced oolong tea connoisseur. "

I think you would like Ginseng Oolong as well. It sounds quite the same and Ginseng Oolong, or Ren Shen, can be found from many sources. Sometimes ginseng and licorice is used at the same time.

My brother drinks Blue People Oolong from Aroma Tea Shop. I've not yet tasted it.

Thanks, I appreciate all of the input and suggestions.

I do have some ginseng oolong from Ten Ren, and you are right I do like it. I was blown away by the sweet aftertaste from a slightly bitter tea. I had it at a place called cha for tea. Funky little chain.

So I finally bought some Lan Gui Ren from teaspring and it was exactly what I was looking for. It was even better than the previous source tagged as blue spring oolong. It had the same flavour profile and it lasted for many more steepings than the other had. And it was full leaf and not partial, Yeah!
