I've been buying from Red Blossom for a few years. Recently, I noted a foul taste in Huang Shan Mao Feng and when inquired of a particular sample I received of another variety, I received no response. So I thought perhaps I needed to look at other options. I almost drink green tea exclusively with the exception of Silk Oolong Formosa and want to try some new varieties and Japanese tea.

TeaSpring and Jing Tea Shop are great for Chinese greens, there's a fair amount of oolong there too.

Oh, and for a specific recommendation I'd point you towards theTai Ping Hou Kui at TeaSpring. I'm missing it just looking at the pics.

If you are an Australian buyer, I would definitely recommend Santion Tea (www dot sanTion dot com.au)

That's a small company with a very personalized service and nice, fresh tea varieties. They actually go to China each year to pick their teas for the new season.
